GRANBURY -- Loretta "Orr" Ellenberger,
loving wife, mother and friend passed away Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at the age
of 78. Celebration of life: 11 a.m., Saturday, August 10, 2013 at Acton United
Methodist Church, Granbury with Rev. Dr. Don Kelley officiating. Loretta was
born June 30, 1935 to the late Arvel Lee and Martha Eula Orr in Wiley, CO.
Loretta married the love of her life, Dale Ellenberger on August 10, 1957 in
Boulder, CO. She was a published gospel songwriter, a music teacher, choir director
and an accomplished musician (clarinet, piano, and voice). Some of her songs
include: Choose Life, Like A Child, Lo I am With You Always, and Our God is a
Great God. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from University of Colorado in 1957.
The family wishes to offer their thanks to the employees of Mission Hospice and
Granbury Villa for their love and care during her final months. She leaves
behind a loving family so grateful for her love and support and she will be
deeply missed. Loretta is preceded in death by her parents; son, Andrew
Ellenberger; brother, Bernard Orr and sister, Louise Drake. Survivors: Husband,
Dale Ellenberger; son, Mark Ellenberger and wife Anita; daughter, Melody

Obituary
Dale Lee Ellenberger, loving husband,
father and friend, passed away April 28, 2014, at the age of 79. Celebration of Life will be held at 9
a.m., Sat., May 17, 2014 at the White Chapel at Acton United Methodist Church,
Granbury, Texas, with Pastor Chris Mesa officiating. Dale was born June 12, 1934 to the late
Floyd Lee and Treulia Zoma Ellenberger in Lamar, Colo. He was a Korean War Veteran in the United States Navy. Dale married the love of his life,
Loretta Mae Orr, on Aug. 10, 1957, in Boulder, Colo. He obtained a Bachelor of
Divinity in 1970 from Southwestern University at Winfield, Kan.; and a Masters
of Divinity from St. Paul Seminary in Kansas City in 1973 and was ordained an
Elder of the United Methodist Church in 1974. He touched the lives of many people as he
served at the following churches in the Kansas West Conference: Healy/Shields,
Meade, Syracuse, Satanta, St. Luke's in Wichita, Tisdale/Grandview, and
Canton/Galva. His past-times were singing tenor,
fishing, golfing, reading and theological discussions. He leaves behind a
loving family very grateful for his love and support and he will be deeply
missed. The family thanks the employees of Community Hospice, Crowley Nursing
& Rehab Center, Quail Park Assisted Living, and Granbury Villa for their
love and care during his final months. Dale is preceded in death by his wife,
Loretta; his parents; son, Andrew; brother, Wendell Ellenberger. Survivors include Son, Mark Ellenberger
and wife Anita; daughter, Melody Ellenberger, and many friends. Memorial donations may be made to the

Wendell Morris Ellenberger
Obituary
Funeral services for Wendell Morris Ellenberger, 79, of
Littleton will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, April 27, 2005, at South Suburban
Christian Church. Interment will
be at Fort Logan Cemetery. Mr.
Ellenberger was born at Lamar, Colorado on July 22, 1925. He died Saturday, April 23, 2005, after
a lengthy struggle with pancreatic cancer in Littleton. Wendell (Rusty) started his news career
at the, and retired from the Rocky Mountain News. Mr. Ellenberger is survived by his wife Shirley; two
children, Terry Weimer, and Jimmy Ellenberger; four grandchildren, Scott
Weimer, Keith Weimer, Jessica Ellenberger, and Rueben Ellenberger; and by
brother, Dale Ellenberger.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Prayer Pager Ministry at South
Suburban Christian Church, 7275 S. Broadway, Littleton, CO.

9/3/28, daughter of Jim and Maysel Burnett of Lamar, CO, sister of Jimmy
Burnett, passed 4/30/14. Survived by daughter, Terry Weimer of Arvada, CO, son,
Jimmy Ellenberger of Tasmania, AU, 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

A Graveside memorial service for former Lamar
resident, currently of Arvada, Colo., Helen Ellenberger will be held at
10 a.m. on Sat., May 10, 2014 at the Fairmount Cemetery in Lamar with Pastor
Calob Rundell officiating.Per Helen's request cremation took place and
there will not be any visitation. Helen was born on Sept. 3, 1928 at Dumas, Texas
to Jim and Maysel Burnett and passed away on April 30, 2014 at the age of
85. She is preceded in death by her parents and
sister; Jimmie Burnett. Helen is survived by her daughter; Terry Weimer
of Arvada, Colo., son; Jimmy Ellenberger of Tasmania, Australia, four
grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
